SHIPPING

We offer FREE Shipping on all products ordered through www.neopackonline.com subject to area pin code serviceability.


We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3-4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 21 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.


We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance:

The selling prices of these items have been drastically reduced. In order to enable us to provide You with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. Payment facility of Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be available on such special promotional products. The product description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such items and the unavailability of COD option.


RETURNS

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.


We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us damaged or lost in transit. It is advised that the returned packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.


In case, after having opened the package, the product is found to be “non-working”, “defective” or “damaged”, please get in touch with our Customer Care Department on 022 61277359 within 48 hours of receipt. If contact fails, drop us an email on cc@neopack.co.in about the exact complaint and our representative will get in touch with you for providing the optimum solution to resolve your complaint.


For all prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, no cancellation charges will be applicable. However, 5 % bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The same be credited to the customer’s bank account.


For all prepaid orders cancelled post 24 hours of placing the order, a 15% restocking fee (which includes bank transaction charges and shipping costs) will be applicable to the refund amount


For all prepaid orders cancelled due to unavailability of the customer to accept delivery, a 20% restocking fee (which includes bank transaction charges and re-shipping costs) will be applicable to the refund amount.


If product/s is returned within 30 days of order date; due to a manufacturing defect, re-shipping charges will be borne by HI TECH Enterprises. A replacement of the same SKU will be offered to the customer free of cost. Alternatively, a coupon voucher of the entire purchase amount can also be issued to the customer; which can be redeemed to buy any product from www.neopackonline.com within 3 months of voucher date. A refund, in certain eligible cases will incur a 5% bank transaction charge to the refund amount.


If product/s is returned after 30 days of order date; due to a manufacturing defect, customer will have to send the faulty/ defected piece/s to HI TECH Enterprise’s Head Office (Cost of the same to be borne by customer). After a satisfactory QC, a replacement of the same SKU will be sent to the customer by HI TECH Enterprises.


Refunds, in eligible cases, would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by HI TECH Enterprises or its business partner.


HI TECH Enterprises reserves the right to deny any return.


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded.


HI TECH Enterprises reserves the right to ask for proof of identification at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same either to the Company or any of its associates/representatives, may lead to cancellation of the order, including legal proceedings. This includes customers who have made the transaction online.


PAYMENT

HI TECH Enterprises accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as net banking payments. We also offer cash on delivery in most cities. If COD is available at your address, the payment option will be shown upon checkout.
